Please read and acknowledge the following.

All clients scheduled for appointments will be required to have a credit card on file, but may choose to pay with a different method of payment when the service is received.No Shows: A no show is a failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment and not call to let our team know you won't be here.Cancellations: Please cancel with as much notice as possible; minimum one business day.We understand that a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule is not always possible, therefore: One free no show/late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) will be granted to each client.Additional no shows/late cancellations will be subject to a 50% charge of the value of the missed appointment with the credit card on file.Partners or group training members are responsible for agreeing on dates and times they would like to schedule as well as dates will not work ahead of time to avoid late cancellation/no shows.If we find any significant safety concerns we will require a doctor's written approval for your participation in any wellness program.If the wellness client is late, the time may be subtracted from the scheduled session length.If the instructor is late, the time will be owed to the Wellness client(s).Please dress in comfortable, movable clothing for exercise. Please remove any debris from shoes before entering our facility.If there are any changes to your health or medications and if you experience any pain or discomfort during your sessions it is necessary to tell your instructor.Please communicate any questions or concerns with the instructor.
